War Strategy

We need a better method of getting the right amount of stars we need to win wars. I’ve come up with a plan that will give us structure for difficult wars and freedom on easy ones. Please read through the whole thing, even the parts that aren’t directed at you, and leave a comment when you are done.
To anyone who is ranked 20 or higher:
From now on you are going to have 2 bases assigned to you. The assignment is going to be based on your war rank for each war. If your war rank is 20 you are assigned bases 40 and 39 for example. Being responsible for these bases means it is your job to make sure they get enough stars that war. You might need to coach lower player on good strategies for each base. If no one else can beat them you may need to attack those bases yourself. If you can’t get the stars we need on those bases you will need to try and recruit another player with attacks free who can get what we need.
For example if I am ranked #7 I will be responsible for #13 and #14. At the beginning of war I can choose to either attack them myself or wait to see if someone else will. If someone else attacks one of my bases and gets 2 stars I now have an attack I can use to attack who ever I want.
This means the top 20 players will need to be willing to wait if needed and be more versatile if one of your bases does not match your attack style. In the end I believe this will net us more stars and make winning against tougher clans more possible.
If you are in the top 3:
To relieve some of the pressure we are making the top 3 free agents. You will be able to attack anyone you want in the top 15. Keep in mind the difficulty of the task that the rest of the top ten have and help them where you can. If you can 2 star someone in the top 6 this is best case scenario but don’t waste your attack if it is too much of a risk. We need your stars so please use your attacks wisely.
If you are ranked #21 or lower:
For you guys it is business as usual but I am asking you to please use your attacks as soon as you can. People in the top 20 are waiting to see how your attacks go. If you are planning an attack figure out who is responsible for that base and ask advice if you need to. How well you do at cleaning up the bottom is a very important factor in how many stars we end up with so please attack wisely. If you attack late and there are no bases left you can star don’t sweat it just attack the lowest 2 star and try for 3 even if its a long shot.
